none of the foreground+background colors match the configuration file,
since (_one_ of the bugs in 1.9.9e) they're or'd against the background.
So (for instance) instead of seeing bright-white on white, I got gray on
black, the highlighted (current link) was red, just like the other non-current
links.
Sure it's "got" colors. It (mostly -- there are exceptions) does the same
thing each time. They're just not usable w/o a lot of trial/error.
