it's not clear whether you're a sysadmin making Lynx available to users
or an individual user who is dissatisfied with your sysadmin's choices.
if the former, you can define the location of lynx.cfg using ~ ,
to allow users to create their own versions of lynx.cfg
in their own directories; they can also use the -cfg switch
to tell Lynx to look for their own version of lynx.cfg .
if the latter, you can compile your own version of Lynx to reside
in your own directories: 2-7-1 is the latest. goto lynx.browser.org
