I am not sure if this is the right place to post this........
I have set up a number of forms for submitting Similarity searches in
biological sequences (DNA and Protein).
Problem is the user may want to cut and paste in a sequence that could
be up to 9000 characters long. Text boxes in graphical browsers handle
this as they scroll but in Lynx it truncates the sequence to the size
that you specify for the text box 3 pages of text box is not on.
Anyway round this so people can paste in as much as they like?
I have thought of perhaps getting them to supply a filename but
currently lynx doesnt support file upload........or am I wrong?
regards
Aengus
