LYNX-DEV Network maintenance notice

        Over the next few days, the machine on which the Lynx-Dev list resides
will have some
network software changes made.  While this is going on, there will be
interruptions to mail service
of short duration while new configurations are installed and tested.  It is
possible that some mail
may be mis-laid or delayed during this period.  Signet apologizes in
advance for any inconvenience
that this may cause.  If you have any critical messages to send, you may
wish to hold them until
I send the "all clear" message, or at least save a copy to re-send if
needed.
