LYNX-DEV ftp daemon on sol.slcc.edu

Could sol.slcc.edu install an ftp daemon which DOES allow for resuming
interrupted transfers?  I just now got dumped out at 97%, and had to
start all over.  In the end, this would reduce the traffic on slcc.edu.
