i checked it out for you: goto the text-only page (surely?? (smile)),
then What's New , then Freeware , then you get Hal Lite (for DOS);
i started to download it as a test, but did z to save my time.
the URL of the Freeware page is -/atlasenv/freeware/index.html
& that of Hal Lite himself is -/-/-/files/hl.exe .
if you want a different version of Hal, maybe you do need the other page,
but in that case ask again.
