The pointer at <URL:http://lynx.browser.org/> is fine - just somewhere so
that folk don't have to go scrambling looking for it .
Is there any chance that email msgs from the time of the unsubscribes to the
next hour or two could be held to give folk a chance to get back on?
One of the methods other mailing lists I am on use is a 'ping' type message -
a msg is sent from the maintainer of the list to all addresses. Any msg
that is returned is dropped into a list of addresses to be removed. That
seems to be a bit less drastic than removing everyone.
