lynx-dev SSL for Lynx 2.8.1

Hello all!

I've brought the SSL patch up to date for Lynx 2.8.1 - see
http://www.moxienet.com/lynx/ to pick up a copy.  Assuming that the files
which it updates are not changed by the time 2.8.1 is released, this patch
will be the final version for 2.8.1.

This patch also addresses the TLS bug seen in earlier versions.  There's
still no certificate support.  Yet.
