as well as lynx 2.8.2dev15, lynx's behavior is not intuitive. Instead
of either showing the <H2> as literal text (my preference), or ignoring
the tags (my second preference), it appears lynx tries to do formatting.
If I start lynx with -tagsoup things look better. However, I tried just
typing ^V but that didn't seem to cause lynx to switch.
