We've all seen and hated this stuff about software patents --
more money for the huge politically-contributing corporations,
and less for the small software house, maybe even forced out
of business.
Here's one on what if M$ loses at trial, but then appeals;
what kind of judges will hear the appeal, with what likely
outcome?
As they say, law is just politics by other means.
