I don't know if this particular problem is repeatable or not. I've seen
a variety of strange crashes at the time of quitting. This one is the first
I recall happening with these circumstances.
Since the form in question feeds directly into a bug report database, I am
rather 'limited' in my testing to times when I find bugs to report.
