Surely, you cannot exclude text presented with ALT= text,
`ignore' selection just another name of a pair

 MAKE_LINKS_FOR_ALL_IMAGES:FALSE
 MAKE_PSEUDO_ALTS_FOR_INLINES:FALSE

I thought that a choice of `ignore', `show labels' and `show links' will be
more intuitive for user than two different options/hot keys.
