As I understand lynx.cfg (someone else should know for sure), the
value set there when a line is commented out signifies the default.
So I think TRUE is the default.

I changed mine to FALSE, viewed the URL you gave, and got blank lines.
Are you doing an INCLUDE on another file in your lynx.cfg?  I stick an
INCLUDE:/usr/local/lib/lynx.cfg.local at the end of mine and actually
did the FALSE setting in there.

This SHOULD do it, from what I understand.

They do.  I remember a discussion on this a while ago, concerning
changing the default.
