I *can* get the following with Lynx 2.8.4dev.6 by g)oing to either:
http://www.americanmagazines.com/images/menubar1.map?0:0
or http://www.americanmagazines.com/images/menubar1.map?91:16

Your client did not send any coordinates. Either your client doesn't
support imagemap or the map file was not accessed as a map.
"0:0" and "91:16" fall on the maroon border between links. Since the site
offers plain text links, a Lynx user should be using them, anyway, and not
twiddling with the gui junk.
