lynx-dev another small item for IZ ?

if Ilya is still interested in fixing small deficiencies in Lynx,
there's the bug i reported a few weeks ago: Lynx asks if you want
to accept invalid cookies even when you've said you `neVer' want a cookie.
eg goto  uk.news.yahoo.com/74/ , when you will be asked the question
& even if you say `neVer' you will go on being asked it
each time you follow a link to an individual news story.
it's probably just a tiny omission buried somewhere in the code.
