It means more than that it has redirected you; it means that you should
update your records, e.g. automatically update any bookmarks - although
IE doesn't seem to do this, and Lynx's bookmarking is too primitive.
Servers can also generate temporary redirects, and (temporary) redirects
to GET operations from POST ones, neither of which are associated with
being moved or permanent.
