my e-ddress has been used in a forged From header in the past.

any such site cb so abused.

not me: my machine can't catch M$ viruses, worms or whatever,
tho' i regularly catch Klezes in my homemade spam filter
(running on Mandrake Linux 9.0 , soon to be 9.1 ).
