lynx-dev Patch for lynx2.8.5pre.5

From: Doug Kaufman
Subject: lynx-dev Patch for lynx2.8.5pre.5
Date: Tue, 3 Feb 2004 07:50:42 -0800 (PST)

The fix for Cygwin caused a minor problem with Mingw (_WINDOWS_NSL
defined twice). There is also a problem with double definition with
Cygwin between LYMessages_en.h and one of the windows headers. This
should fix it.
