To elaborate, I don't have any intention of stopping on lynx.  Removing
the K&R code and indent'ing it as I intend doing is to make the code
easier to maintain - and more malleable for restructuring as time permits.

It's a good example for ncurses at any rate (unlike the other text
browsers).
