doesn't list 2.8.5rel.1 package at all
(only rel.1 patch, the latest tarball is pre.5)

IMHO, 2) and 3) should be corrected inside the release package,
not as a followup patch.


4) someone on the list has reported recently
he has rel.1 Win32 Borland binary. It would be nice to publish the url
at the release page, or upload it to lynx.isc.org ...
