In "keystrokes/environment.html" I see LYNX_PRINT_DATE,
LYNX_PRINT_LASTMOD, LYNX_PRINT_TITLE, LYNX_PRINT_URL, and
LYNX_VERSION. To the fourth is assigned the URL seen under
INFO.
