I'm trying to figure out how to use lzip (download and use). The page goes to a list, which makes it really easy for a newbie to get lost. I would like to run it on Windows 10, 64-bit, to unzip DDRescue.
I don't use Windows, but I think the easiest way of using POSIX tools like lzip or ddrescue there is to install Cygwin:
