[m17n-list] Removing shortcuts bound to * ] # from hi-itrans.mim

Attached is a version of hi-itrans.mim where the following lines are removed - request this be submitted:

  ("*" "श्र")      ; not in ITRANS Devanagari table

  ("]" "़")      ; not in ITRANS Devanagari table

  ("#" "्र")      ; not in ITRANS Devanagari table

Rationale: 

* and ] are useful in everyday typing of Indic languages. For example, I find [ ] to be a convenient way to paranthesize, and * is useful for **stressing** phrases.
# is more frequently used that "्र", which can be produced by other means.
