I see. Then, I propose these changes:
1. Change the file name to mr-minglish.mim which is our convention.
2. Change the "description" form to something like this:
(description "Marathi input method based on Roman transliteration.
You type English-like key sequence and get Marathi.
The usage is similar to ITRANS but provides more convenient key sequence.
