Log message:
        * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Now we can pass make
        variables to the testsuite shell.  Set the value of USE_GMP so
        that the gmp test will run!
        (check-local, clean-local): Use the TESTS_ENVIRONMENT variable.
