        (Cleardiv, Format, M4exit): Fix grammar of references.

        (Debug Levels, Debug Output, Include, Search Path, Divert)
        (Platform macros, Syscmd, Location, Extensions): Point to new
        sections.
        (Top, Loops, Include, Undivert, Location, Incompatibilities):
        Improve file references.
