Log message:
        POSIX requires defn(`a',`b') to concatenate definitions.
        * src/builtin.c (m4_defn): Allow multiple arguments, but warn if
        trying to mix a builtin with anything else.
        * doc/m4.texinfo (Defn): Document a use for this POSIX
        requirement.
        (Incompatibilities): Update to match current status.
        * NEWS: Document this change.
        * THANKS: Update.
