    Fix partial commit.
    
    Fix crash with traced defn(undef), regression from 2007-08-09.
    * src/builtin.c (m4_defn): Handle traced but undefined macros.
    * doc/m4.texinfo (Trace): Test it.
    * NEWS: Document it.
