In order to use this patch, I'm afraid you need an installed CVS
Autoconf in /usr/local :(

I will soon release another Autoconf beta, so that instead of using a
CVS version we can rely on a plain tarball, but moving M4's test suite
to Autotest revealed many problems with Autotest.  Some of them are
solved, other require some thinking/debating with other people (see
the Autoconf ML for more).

Therefore, it is premature to release one such beta...

Another problem is that there is one file which has to be created that
is not: tests/atconfig.  In a proper world, it is build from
atconfig.in, but there are still details to fix.  In the meanwhile,
here is that file.  Paste it in tests/.  Don't even try to have M4
work with build != src.

Finally, some tests (2) will fail.  There are related to conflicts
between autom4te's view about trailing blanks, and some such trailing
blanks in the documentation.

Other than that, I'm happy with this new test suite.
