I've released libpipeline 1.2.2.

Description

libpipeline is a C library for manipulating pipelines of subprocesses in
a flexible and convenient way.

About this release
------------------

Make pipeline_start flush stdio after emitting debugging output.

Build fixes for glibc 2.16 and Automake 1.12.

The source for this release is available in both .tar.gz and .tar.xz
formats.  Absent objections, future releases will only be available as
.tar.xz.

distribution.
