I've released libpipeline 1.2.3.

libpipeline is a C library for manipulating pipelines of subprocesses in
a flexible and convenient way.

About this release
------------------

Don't read uninitialised memory when testing for the end of long lines
(over 4096 bytes).

Flush stdio before starting a sequence.
