For dev.m.o

 cd ~/apache/maposmatic-dev/
 sh deploy.sh

For www.m.o

 cd ~/apache/maposmatic-prod/
 sh deploy.sh

*but* at the moment, maposmatic-dev is in a special state. Instead of
being in the normal dev-instance Git branch, it is in a special branch
maxime-job-revamp, used to test Maxime's work on the maps page before
committing it officially.
