[Maposmatic-dev] Dutch translation: status update

Hi all,

I'm about halfway with the translation/creation of
www/locale/nl_NL/LC_MESSAGES/django.po. I've made a git pull before
starting, and I'll make sure to run another update before submitting
the translation. It ought to be finished sometime tonight.

As far as ocitysmap.po and index rules are concerned, I'll start on
those after finishing this translation.
