[Maposmatic-dev] Localize for Japanese

Hi list,

I'm an OSMer in Japan and I'm mapping Sendai.
I think we need paper maps especially for the people on the ground.
So I read "How to translate MapOSMatic in your language" and
translated message catalogs as attached.
