Hi MapOSMatic team,

I have made some changes in ocitysmap in order to make it work with
mapnik3. I have temporary cloned the current source in another
repository:
https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap

In detail, some changes are just API changes:
* https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap/commit/ef197bba8a934a6a1b7d401255add6a411dff65c * https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap/commit/1df2853ab9c61beb9ddd909ea44a0c622b7a5913 * https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap/commit/5585c3c6438fcdd4018c97afe59661f5efbf6053

Some fix are more mysterious:
* https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap/commit/8e412a74e0feafdfb1ccb7a7d75380af1c702fb3 * https://gitlab.com/iggdrasil/ocitysmap/commit/cadb3404f5df2382893a162202bae68862c984c1

Probably related to this: http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?43124
I am still working on it.

By the way, *for now*, this new code shouldn't affect MapOSMatic with
mapnik2.

Interesting fact, I can now install ocitysmap dependencies with only
packages on the last Ubuntu (only her have mapnik3 and python-mapnik
compiled with Cairo). Next Debian (Stretch) should be OK.

I am planning to continue the modernization of the code. Porting
MapOSMatic frontend to a recent Django version and probably going to
python3.

So. Is there any member of the dev team still active who can review my
patches and merge them in the main repository on Savannah?
If not, can I be part of the team on Savannah?

Regards,
