* Project moved to savannah.gnu.org as part of the MHonArc project.
  Will host releases at www.mhonarc.org.

* release:

  + Will check for $HOME/.release.conf for default configuration settings.
  . Modified how test directory is exported to work-around a
    cvs export bug.
  + Will preserve CSH_RSH envariable for cases where interaction with
    CVS respository is via ssh.
  + Will preserve ssh-agent environment variables for cases where
    interaction with CVS respository is via ssh.
