[MIT-Scheme-devel] Setting up Scheme after downloading Windows .zip

   Where is the Executable for installing?  Or an install program?
   After extracting the zip file I found nothing in the way of any exe
   file in any shape form or say even a ghost.

I don't know what .zip file you downloaded, but the file you should
have gotten was this one:
