[MIT-Scheme-devel] the scheem software doesnt work

Dear scheem developers,

I wanted to inform u that the scheem software i
dowmloaded from
http://www.gnu.org/software/mit-scheme/index.html#Download,
is installing but when you try to run, it shows this
message:

"Scheem: can't find a readable default for
option-band.
        searched for file runtime.com in these directories: 
        \scheeme\lib
        Reason for termination:
Reason for termination:
inconsistency detected."

Am running it under windows XP. Please advice me on
how i  can do correct this bug.
