Hi, Taylor.  I'm eager to try this!  Here's what I did:

  1> cd mit-scheme/
  2> git pull git://git.savannah.gnu.org/mit-scheme.git master
  3> cd src
  4> sh etc/make-native.sh

"mit-scheme/" is my existing Git clone.  Doing <git pull> at #2
wasn't good enough, apparently, because I was admonished to specify a
branch, so I did.  Unfortunately, I get an error when compiling
"debug.c".  (See attached transcript.)

I suspect Git.  I'll create a new clone and try again.
