Try running `make maintainer-clean' in the src directory, and then starting over with `sh etc/make-native.sh'. Let me know if that makes any more progress. Also, can you tell me what's in compiler/Makefile-bundle, before you run `make maintainer-clean' and after `sh etc/make-native.sh' has made it through the configure script?
