I just checked in code that stops the runtime from
creating sequence-3 objects. It will still `understand' them
correctly, it just won't manufacture any. After the next point
release (or major release, or whenever) we can remove them
altogether once we are reasonably sure that we won't
run into legacy bands and bin files.
