Any objections to nuking the I/O multplexing primitives from 1993 in
pruxio.c, which are Unix-specific, haven't been used since 2003, and
are currently broken because of other changes in the microcode?
(I won't touch the corresponding NT-specific primitives because I
can't test anything on Windows.)
