Tweak integrations.
I haven't reviewed all your recent changes to sf, but I don't
understand why these tweaks are necessary. I just checked the
parser-buffer.bin that I had lying around from before the tweaks, and
everything looks like it's integrated as it should be: there are no
out-of-line calls or references to CHAR-IN-SET?, MATCH-SUBSTRING-LOOP,
&c. Does this commit work around a regression or something? Have the
meanings of INTEGRATE and INTEGRATE-OPERATOR changed?
