My description was a bit too lazy perhaps. "No upload" means my request for 
their file list returns an empty list, I hope that is equivalent to "they 
don't share files" (because I won't be able to get that statistics 
otherwise).

Note that I really ask for their file list, it's not just "I can't get their 
file list" (because I'm banned or they don't want to be on my friends list or 
so).
