Now, when you start mldonkey, it connects to a redirector, to get some
boot information from the network:

- a list of servers
- a motd file, to print a message (such as last available version)
- in the future, a list of overnet peers
- some configuration parameters (when supernodes will be supported,
 the thresholds to decide which node is a supernode will be given there)

This is supposed to solve the problem of users that starts mldonkey
for the first time and don't have an up-to-date list of servers, etc

Note that there are options in downloads.ini telling if you want or
not this new feature to be enable or not.
