Hi!

I had a similar error some time ago.

I used the wrong cvs command which resulted in a missing directory.
Here is the command sequence I use to make everthing.
If this still failes, there is a real bug.

cvs -z3 update -dPA
make clean
./configure --enable-batch --disable-multinet
make depend
make
