[Mldonkey-users] what is friends.ini for ?

Hi,

what the hell is the friends option and the file friends.ini ?

Should I put there IPs (of some friends) in and these IPs got
more upload bandwidth or what ??

If someone can tell me a source for a documentation of the remaining
1000000 mldonkey-options, he/she will be my friend ;-) ... The online-help
of the client ('?') is not very helpful.
