As already stated *SEVERAL* times on this list: This seems to
be Client Source Propagation Packets from eMule, which support is
primarily added since Release 2.02-4 I think.
I don't know why these packets are "Unknown", but I hope Simon will solve
this issue with 2.02-6 (my logs are getting flooded by this, too.).
