you mean 15KB/s .
if i do 'nu 20' , i have 50KB/s too on 512/128 ADSL, but in normal use 
, my upload limits my download bandwidth  (adsl is asynchronous). this 
is due to max_hard_upload_rate which is inaccurate. hope this will be 
fixed soon.
