[Mldonkey-users] Add an "Sleep Modus"

Hi,

Just an Idea:
Include an Sleep Modus to mldonkey. Its Usefull for example to play 
Online. If you want play a round Counter Strike online you must kill 
mldonkey because the pings are to high. If you have played a hour you 
have to restart mldonkey and its begin to hash... this takes a lot of 
time and if you want play again after 3 hours, you can kill and hash 
again...
Running mldonkey as daemon would much more usefull if you can set 
mldonkey into an sleep modus. Without it issnt very usefull if your 
Computer have to do somthing else filesharing ;)
